A couple of years ago on vacation in TX, I lost my epipen. Cost me $600, plus hours on the phone to actually find one as there was a “shortage”. I get them at Kaiser, 2 for $10. If you have a kid that need one you need to have one at school, in the cars, in the house. That is a lot of money!
