I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it a hundred and one more: DHS needs to go away. It was a bullshit agency created by the Shrub's administration as a sop to American fears about terrorism. It is utterly superfluous, and seems to really just be a dumping ground for other, more effective agencies' dead wood.
