It's a typical boring largely white Minneapolis outer-ring suburb/exurb. Looks like some of the thired-generation white-flighters are freaking out that it's no longer quite so white or boring.

Just for grins, I looked up "troy j breezee" online, and yes, it's a real name. He hangs out in Green Bay, the Twin Cities and the Daytona area, apparently. 1987 grad of Harding High.

Of course not. If I had a bird, I would subscribe to the dead tree edition of the NYT before poisoning its cage with either the Strib or the Press. Both of them are fit only for shining window glass.
