My father fought Nazis in WWII. For a long time after Trump I was so glad he's no longer around to see this happening. Now though... I get nervous because Dad was a Republican and had remnants of the good old Missouri racism thing going on. I've seen so many brainwashed and I really don't know where he'd stand... I'm just so glad he's gone.
During the campaign, Trump attacked CNN and NYT so much I figured I'd get real news there. Took a few days to figure out it was simply his ploy to steer us to them for more bullshit. I haven't watched CNN since the summer of 2016 and I immediately cancelled my subscription to NYT and just stuck to CSPAN, every legal document I could get, and Chris/Rachel/Lawrence on MSNBC.
Someone like Spencer should only be on television if it is absolutely necessary that he be there, and if it is absolutely necessary, there must be pushback.https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Ali Velshi, who is usually time well spent, had some executive director or something from Brietbart on yesterday.i muted it and went back to concentrating on work. I looked up a couple of times and both were smiling so I shut the TV off before I threw something at it
... I can't tell if you're snarking. There are a dozen different Communist or revolutionary socialist organisations in the US, although none of them have membership greater than low 4 figures at most. I can give you some links, starting with the actual factual CP of the USA.

Well, I am vaguely aware that a few such living fossils still exist, so I guess my comment is mostly a snark on their forlorn hopes.
If fascism is making a comeback, why not Communism?

CNN is a joke without a punchline. The more they "try" to improve, the worse they become. Maybe if they tried to be worse they might become better?

Well. I don’t use it coz I’m an uptight Englishwoman.
But I understand that a couple of sheets of loo roll are used. And then go in the bin rather than in the loo.
Details, details...
NEP was capitalist. Does that factor into your take on Leninism?
Distinction without difference? As opposed to, say, China, which is an authoritarian/totalitarian regime overseeing a relentlessly capitalist economy.
