The country hasn't looked this bad in decades, and it's actually worse because the disaster comes straight out of the Oval Office.

I am disabled by spinal cord damage. I can barely walk, can no longer drive a car and I have a good vocabulary. I taught English in Jordan and Egypt for several years, and your grammar is abysmal.

Your utterly moronic remarks have taken up enough of my time.

We are doomed. Anybody involved in NY business in the 90's could tell you that beyond being able to read the balance on his bank account statements, Chump did not know his ass from his assets. This ignoramus in going to destroy us all with two more quarters of his bullshit economics.

"famine" is not off the table at this point. What with deporting farm workers, or otherwise scaring them away from working, leaving crops to rot in the fields. Yes, that's probably pretty extreme, but the fact that this administration has caused it to be "thinkable" at all, is just so fucking awful.

38.99 for cold medicine today. 38.99. I wish I could remember the brand but I think it was delsym or mucinex cold symptom relief.

I ended up getting 20 tablets of a mucinex knock off for 17.99 and was asked my birthdate at the cash register.

The prices for everything has gone up exponentially.

1 steak 20.00 plus.

You can’t tell me this isn’t corporate greed at play.

There are many people on this planet who read a POTUS Xit and don't realize just how insane that rant was. Those people suck big floppy ones with gusto.

Whether or not "Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum... blew smoke up his [Trump's] ass..." or not, I wouldn't play poker with a woman who holds all the cards. Even Trump is not gonna take on the entire food industry, let alone GM and Ford. Not to mention every time Trump yells about fentanyl (his go to excuse for tariffs here), the Mexicans ask about the Sacklers and asks why people in the US use so many drugs (for... well... everything), and who exactly is distributing fenta in the US... and brings up the US gun running issues.

And, keeping Trump at bay for another couple months while Mexico diversifies exports. Just in the last few weeks, Mexico worked out deals with Brazil, the EU, Japan, South Korea, and is going for Canada (bypassing the US by ship). While raising wages here, and increasing domestic consumption.

BTW, at least in the short term, my Social Security miserable stipend is going further, with more pesos to the US dollar.

"CABBAGE

-n.

A familiar kitchen-garden vegetable about as large and wise as a man's head.

The cabbage is so called from Cabagius, a prince who on ascending the throne issued a decree appointing a High Council of Empire consisting of the members of his predecessor's Ministry and the cabbages in the royal garden. When any of his Majesty's measures of state policy miscarried conspicuously it was gravely announced that several members of the High Council had been beheaded, and his murmuring subjects were appeased. Cantor Fitzgerald profits off instability. Oh and who is the Secretary of Commerce, in there setting the tariff rates?

After a little over 6 months of Dump's brilliant leadership, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up a whole 100.75 points. That's an astounding 0.2% increase. All hail King Donald!
