I got my first vax on Thursday afternoon, and I'm still lagging. Thinking the 2nd dose is likely to hit me harder, but damn, I'm not even worried about it, just going to ride the whole thing out.

Under the previous administration, no representative of the president could be counted on to be taken as the voice of the president. The incumbent would change policies in mid sentence, and often it seemed as though his oppositional reaction was against his own spokes people.
Here, Psaki is the voice of the administration and can be trusted to be conveying exactly what Biden wants her to.
She does appear disinclined to put up with any bullshit from the propagandists today.
