Pammy could just appoint Habba as her own deputy now. Rachel Maddow talked about this jerk move Monday night--such a jerk move that no one ever tried it before Trump, so its legality (highly dubious) has never been tested. I'm guessing that's the route they'll take here, since they already tried it once and the screaming has NOT been heard from the rooftops.

These people have no bottom.

I do believe a front page story on Hanna uses Noem's picture, not Hanna's, to illustrate it.

Fake lips are easily confused with one another...

Sounds like Desiree L. Grace will have a slam dunk lawsuit against Pam Bondi for wrongful termination at a minimum. Very nice of the AG to post such an incriminating comment about the reason why she fired em.

"This case should never have been brought. Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start. No reasonable lawyer would have filed it. Intended for a political purpose, none of the counts of the amended complaint stated a cognizable legal claim. Thirty-one individuals and entities were needlessly harmed in order to dishonestly advance a political narrative. A continuing pattern of misuse of the courts by Mr. Trump and his lawyers undermines the rule of law, portrays judges as partisans, and diverts resources from those who have suffered actual legal harm.

"What you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.”

"Grace is a registered Republican, and the judge who signed the order appointing Grace was appointed by George W. Bush. But according to the laws of propaganda, anything anybody does that Trump [sic] does not like is “political,” while anything Trump [sic] does is directly from the lips of G-d."

* Being a registered Repub means less than nothing if you won't swear obeisance to the Fulvous Fuckwad himself, and the MAGA (bowel) movement.

* In retrospect, Bush43 was a RINO. How dare he appoint a judge who will one day be opposed to a judicial nominee the Sociopathic Marigold Swap Monster wants.

* If the Amber Ardipithecus ramidus believes that someone, anyone, does anything he doesn't approve of, it's not propaganda it is ***treason***.

* The Whale-sized Pumpkin Wannabe Potentate can do/say whatever he chooses to do/say, not because it comes from the lips of G-d but because he is the Second Coming, the Anointed One, so he is giving himself permission to continue his asshattery and/or talking to himself.

-----

"Habba’s qualifications ... are simping and hollering for Trump [sic] in and out of court, looking pretty, and, of course, trying to fake being smart."

* Being a MAGA cheerleader and an unquestioning devotion to Dear Leader makes one much more qualified than someone with experience (see: DHS' Birkenau Barbie, DOJ's Birkenau Barbie, Bobbie Brainworm, Kegbreath, White House spox Birkenau Barbie...).

* Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Habba might be attractive with enough makeup, but her soul is so dark and ugly that she will never be pretty... like the Acting Federal Prosecutor for the District of Columbia: Judge Jeanine.

* Most of the assholes in the current regime are too stupid to even being able to fake being smart.

-----

"A continuing pattern of misuse of the courts by Mr. Trump [sic] and his lawyers undermines the rule of law, portrays judges as partisans, and diverts resources from those who have suffered actual legal harm."

* Undermining a country's rule of law is the first step most authoritarians try. It is serious business to conflate what is legal and what a dictator declares is legal, but it must be done.

* Leftist activist judges are partisan, "conservative" right wingnut judges are patriots.

* Is this sorry excuse for a judge trying to claim that the Peach Pustule hasn't been a victim of a weaponized DOJ, lawfare, and Sleepy Joe?

Trump also appointed John Sercone as interim AG in the northern district of NY. When his term ran out and he was denied a longer term by a panel of judges, trump appointed him as deputy AG without filling the AG position, which in effect makes this incompetent moron AG.

So who is in charge of the New Jersey office then? How does firing the person (without cause-can they do that?) solve the problem that her fucking term expired. Our Liz's head is going to explode.
