While Biden has had a couple of nominees in their mid 50's he seems to have learned a lesson from the mistakes made of years past.I don't like how it keeps some older folks off the bench but we have to be smarter about the courts and that means going younger whenever and where ever we can.

Part of that brought to you by Patrick Leahy, who insisted on sticking to Senate norms even if that mean seats that should have been filled got left open for years.Ron Johnson was allowed to block one seat for seven years, absurd.
