I would like to suggest that his parents did eat him and what we have now is what they shat.

I sincerely doubt that Stephen Miller is either tasty or provides healthy nutrition.

Besides, he probably ate his parents first.

Miller was denied admission to Miskatonic U, so he took that grievance to Princeton.

Dear Wonker gardeners,

I live in zone 9. When should I cut back my window boxes? I have thriving geraniums and tradescantia nanouk, (I just planted some cuttings in the window boxes to see what would grow, and some thrived like nanouk, and some died like coleus). We don't get a real "freeze" here, just shorter days that get chilly, and hopefully some rain. Just wondering when I can cut them back hard.

Do I arrange pumpkins among the geraniums?

Love, Demme

I also live in zone 9, but I don't have those plants. I believe when (or if) you should cut them back depends on the variety. You will probably need to research each plant separately. Happy gardening. Note that WingNuts cadavers make reasonably good compost as long as you let them rot long enough. And they've already got a head start on that.

I’m surprised South Park hasn’t worked Naziferatu into their version of the White House. Imagine Satan being appalled at how evil he is.

“Did his parents never hug him?”

Would you if you were them?

Gee Shub-Niggurath, take some 'ludes and chill out. Just cause Miller is more evil than you and has upstaged you, you needn't turn into a little wuss crybaby! Get a grip and take your big ugly self over to the ICE recruiting station and sign on the dotted line..try not to leave any slime in the process. Didn't finish third grade? Rather eat humans than look at them? No problemo! ICE is always looking for Things of your talents. Probably send you to Chicago!

Now, this gets a little bit meta because while Shub-Niggurath might not be that big of an asshole, H. P. Lovecraft probably was.

My own grandfather left Russia and claimed asylum because of the discrimination and pograms that Russian Jews faced. At 14 he supported his mother and sister by working in a soap factory where he separated the pork meat from the fat used to make soap. That meat was the only protein his family could get because being a Jew automatically made you ineligible for a job you can support your family on. He was denied asylum and went to Brazil first, then was able to come here on a Brazilian passport. He eventually he married my grandmother who came here for the same reason. The only reason she was granted asylum where he wasn’t was because her family had enough money to hire a Japanese ship to bring them straight to Harlem. Because of my grandmothers family he was able to open a grocery store which kept him from poverty during the market crash. Everyone still needs food. He self educated himself and spoke 7 languages when he died. I guess you would call my grandparents woke because they didn’t care that their nephew was gay and out in the 1960’s. That my brother’s closest friend was black. That his sister in law married a catholic. Inclusion in my family was just normal. He would be horrified to know that a descent of people who faced the same situation was now anti immigrant, even if they have the money to open a business and create jobs. My grandfather would be horrified to see what has happened to this country, and supported by a man who’s a distend of asylum seeking immigrants. I guess the one thing my grandfather would be happy about is that he’s been disowned by his own family.
