Geting rid of Republican teabaggers in Congress would help more than anything else, but I really can't see them getting behind the effort.

Even in "enlightened America", the Right asserts that women who seek to terminate their unwanted pregnancies are sluts who deserve the punishment of pregnancy, while women who want to use birth control to avoid unwanted pregnancies are--well, sluts, who deserve the punishment of pregnancy.
