I don't think Dinesh loathes himself. He decided long ago that being a smart-ass RWNJ Indian is way superior to being a mere black person. Mr. Johnson has distinctive hair and a beard, it is true, but I've never seen a picture of him in which he doesn't look like he's smelling something foul, or about to have a hissy fit about something. I think the latter is what makes him so deeply unattractive-looking.
