WTF! Schumer isn't coming with a list of demands for changes to ICE/CBP that polls show the American public support and in most cases overwhelmingly support. No, Chuck has pre-compromised his list of demands so he won't touch ICE's budget or impose the restrictions that David Dayen lists as the minimum necessary. I'm beyond disgusted with Senate leadership.
