“…some Karen on Russian TikTok got her fanny in a knot.”

Just because I’m servicy, I’ll let y’all know that in the UK “fanny” refers to the FRONT side of lady parts, not the back side. Which makes the above statement even more painful sounding…

EVERYTHING Donald Trump does is a colossal fuckup, and he never admits it because he never believes anything is his fault. It's always someone else's fault and it always will be. He's a waste of space and the best thing he can do for his country is drop dead.

As always, when you have a regime that will lie all the time, it’s hard to know what to believe. Was it a drug boat? We’ll probably never know since all the evidence was blown up in the middle of the ocean.

Likewise, how do we know if any of these Korean workers were here on expired or the wrong visas? And if they were, it’s likely that someone in the regime screwed something up on their end by issuing the wrong visa or something.

And if most of them were here with the correct papers, why are they being sent home?

I'd love to see Tori Branum to be sued for defamation by Hyundai USA based on her malicious and reckless characterization of those detained as "illegals", her baseless accusations of employees having been killed and buried on the plant property, and whatever other false accusations being spread by this perfect example of a Southern-Homestyle Karen (immensis c*ntzillus). Unfortunately, counting on corporations to do the right thing isn't a reliable source of justice even in the most law-abiding of times.

Still, having done significant economic damage to GA's 1st Congressional District (where Ellabell is located), I really hope the people of Ellabell and surrounding communities avail themselves of every possible means of making Tori Branum's life horrible going forward. Her actions deserve nothing less (they really deserve far more than what I suggest).

Put the dirtiest of her laundry you can prove into the public record, work tirelessly to ensure her candidacy ends in public humiliation, and/or otherwise make every day of the rest of Branum's life at least as hellish as these days are for the hundreds of meritless ICE detainees, and the future pain of the many, many thousands of people who will be harmed by the economic damages she caused. But most of all, remember to have fun while doing it!

If I were CEO of Hyundai, I'd call the governor and demand a metric shit ton of tax benefits from the state or Hyundai will walk away and build the factory in another state making clear that the governor is entirely responsible.

Branum is the wrong target for fury over this. She is clearly a useful idiot, a MAGA underwritten Karen, a convenient decoy for those who bear responsibility. This is such a monumental, destructive, unforced, idiotic fuckup that in literally any other rational universe the senate would have had Kristi Noem and Tom Homan by the nuts yesterday, and they would have been [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] today.

Oh, Branum's no less deserving of comeuppance, make no mistake, just for different reasons. Sure, she's a patsy, but she's ALSO an affront and embarrassment to GA and the USA, as well as a horrible person in her own right.

That Noem and Homan let this happen, and continue to happen, and worse, doubling-down every chance claiming there was a legitimate basis for ICEs actions, should be grounds for impeaching both of them immediately.

Hell, were a Dem President when this happened, the GOP would be screaming to everyone who'd listen how the president ALSO needs to resign or be impeached, because he or she hired the incompetent Cabinet appointees. Here the GOP Congress is making cricket noises instead.

Worse, had Congress or the President actually fired or demanded resignation of Holman and/or Noem, it would actually probably HELP Trump and the GOP's popularity, esp. if doing so helped prevent S Korea and Hyundai from taking it as the grave offense it was. We don't have an admin smart enough to figure that out (thankfully?), so we get Noem and Holman making ever more ridiculous claims, further offending Hyundai and S Korea every time they open their mouths.

Even after Trump went so far as to suggest there were better ways to handle it, Noem and Holman continue to misbehave and further offend. Almost as if Trump was no longer really in charge, but instead just going through the motions for the cameras. Hmm...

Jesus, of course, that's how deep we're into this normalization of the insane, *of course* Republicans would be demanding the resignation of a Democratic president if this had happened under their watch. That hadn't even occurred to me.

This is one of the dumbest shit moves I've ever heard of, and that is going some with the trumpies. This will destroy any potential foreign investment in US factories for decades to come. The whole point seems to be to destroy Made in America. And apparently visas had run out for many of the South Koreans because the current administration is so inept and incompetent.
