The GQP seems fine with slapping a coat of paint on a dilapidated building or routinely filling pot holes on roads instead of updating infrastructure. Anything else is too expensive. On the other hand, there is no issue from taking funds from other pots of money to pour into a money pit that is a big porous wall. At least they're consistent.
