CrossFit people are the WORST people in a gym. Their whole routine is tying up 7 stations, hitting each one of those stations every 10 minutes, and doing six sets of that.
Translation - they hog 7 different places to work out for close to an hour. It's the dumbest, most selfish way to work out in a gym that there is. No one likes CrossFitters.
I love doing arms. I remember reading Arnold in 1975 or so saying that triceps were 2/3 of your arm, so you should do 2/3 triceps and 1/3 biceps.
He was right!
My favorite biceps move is curls on a weight stack, using a rope.
Oh, and another thing Arnold said recently (his emails are FANTASTIC) - pump! Squeeze your bis and tris after every other set, just like you're posing in a show. I started doing this a couple months ago and it really does add to the results.
Still my favorite free weight workout - the bicep curl. If I could only do one thing to build my arms, it’s that. I am not a dedicated or even amateur body builder, but I have a 20 min routine of biceps, triceps, push-ups, and sit-ups. Keeps me wiry.
So roof was not completed yesterday on account they cut some pieces wrong and had to get new ones. Are supposed to come back and finish it today
One of the panels is a little crimped, not quite dented, and hubby was complaining to the guy that it "looked like shit" so they're gonna fix that too. Then tomorrow the supe comes for a final inspection and makes sure it is all good and we fork over a metric shit ton of money (for us).
I keep wanting to snag some pieces of the metal to make something out of XD Right now it is still kinda all over, as they do not do clean up until the end. But I have never worked with metal before so I am thus far resisting
