Very true:

Ben Collins on twitter:

Those people who spent years downplaying for-profit disinformation as a serious and urgent problem should not be taken seriously again.

They were belligerent in the war on destroying objective reality, either to further their own personal grudges or make money themselves.

I have a gut feeling that Kracken Lady is going to crack and beg for a deal once she realizes how much evidence they have against her. It’s only a question of when self-preservation outweighs the bat shit crazy.

I don’t know enough about Chesebro guess about him.

I agree. She would crack first. He seems to think he'll out-smart DA Fani Willis. My money is on her.

Yeah, I think Chesebro and Eastman are high on the

Dunning-Kruger scale and think much of themselves.

The good news is that I'm sure they will be able to get the psychological treatment they have needed for a long time in the Republican run Georgia Penal System.

It's almost sad that when she goes to prison, she won't even be useful as a lawyer to other, unjustly confined, prisoners. Even if innocent, i would NOT want the Kraken helping me on a case.

I know that our Liz wrote the Monty Python judge statement as a quote: “And if this parrot of a motion is somehow not yet dead,” but I’m caught between disbelieving it’s a real quote because of the Wonkette-fun of it and our Liz being pretty meticulous about her enquotening of people.

The importance of the outcomes in these cases cannot be overstated. It’s heartening to see all these prosecutions happening, given the great sacrifices by and risks to those attempting to hold powerful people accountable. It feels good to see the mugshots and know they are feeling consequences for attempting a coup in America in the 21st century. It would be hard to believe if it didn’t unfold before our eyes. These clowns had no basis whatsoever, no facts to support their effort to overthrow the government and destroy democracy. Only these words, “frankly, we did win this election.” Frankly, literally, you did not. And now thousands of people are paying the price for embracing that lie. The outcomes in these cases matter. If they walk, they will be saying “I told you so.” That must not happen.

Newly discovered near deal-breaker with substack: the sudden inability to right-click on Sydney's ugly mug (or trumps, or toooberville's), chose 'inspect' and delete that M-er F-er. Now, on substack, that works, but as soon as you move the mouse, it reappears, as if to say fuck you. You look at Sydney Powell now.

"Last week, Judge McAfee slapped down a motion for dismissal filed by Chesebro, who theorized that the indictment was invalid because of defects in the deputization oath sworn by outside counsel Nathan Wade..."

But was there fringe on the U.S. flag on display in the courtoom? Must be an amateur if he didn't raise this vital point of law.
