If Jonathan Ross was injured on the job 6 months ago (a claim that I don't believe), then he should not have been on any American street working in a capacity of an ICE agent. At best, he should have been doing desk duty until he was cleared by a psychiatrist that he was fit to return to duty. The DHS is not providing any evidence that Ross was fit for active duty, no evidence (beyond the administration's word) that he suffered an on-the-job injury, or that he was competent to be carrying a firearm in public.
This was murder. Ross, his fellow ICE team members, and his bosses are all culpable under felony murder statutes in the State of Minnesota and the Federal Government.
At least there's no statute of limitations on murder. Ross will be captured, tried, and convicted at some point.
