As I would expect. Severe reactions are often related to egg allergies, and traditional vaccines are manufactured using eggs.

This one isn't, since it's a RNA vaccine encapsulated in a lipid membrane.

If they gave me heavy doses of Benadryl I’d spend those days sound asleep. Knocks me right out.

The truth is there seems to be somewhat fewer bad reactions to the COVID vaccines than is common for other vaccines.

Dammit. If there are people who won't get it, GIVE ME THEIR SHOT

This sort of thing is a good reminder that while our fingerprints are individual, so is our biochemistry. We are all different. Which means medicine will always have an element of art as well as s ience to it.

And very soon the oak. I’m not even allergic to it. It’s the sheer volume of oak pollen that gets me.

The truly great doctors I have known do have that “art” feel. I knew this one plastic surgeon (he was a neighbor actually) who when he touched me (in the context of something on my skin) actually felt special...and not in a sexy way...in a healing way. I have been unsurprised to see his career also include a great deal of philanthropy.

Without naming any particular disgraced former presidents....

Especially ignore the ones who were impeached twice.

I cannot upfist this enough.

My stress level has decreased several octaves in the last couple of days. Wonder why?

Yeah I felt like I'd been trampled by a Clydesdale after my 2nd shot. Fevers chills body aches. Lasted about 18 hours for me. Would do it again in a heartbeat

His firing of the air traffic controllers started a 60 year long decline of unions. For that alone he deserves a spot on thr worst presidents list

Yes. Years of weird-ass symptoms, diagnosed last year.

Fortunately it responds (at least partially) to large daily doses of second-gen antihistamines. I'm also getting evaluated for Xolair (an mAB that stabilizes mast cells).
