UPDATE 12: 50 p.m.:Yes, we are still waiting! The White House has postponed Jen Psaki's briefing from 1 to 2: 45 eastern, so presumably they're still expecting Old Joe soonish. Who can know?

Yeah - After a hundred or so years you'd think they would get used to it.
He wants an HOA because right now, he’s a petty tyrant with no power, and he thinks an HOA would allow him to be a petty tyrant WITH power. He actually put a letter in everyone’s mailboxes, with a copy of the deed restrictions that apparently called for the creation of an HOA, but there hasn’t been one in 20+ years.
I’ve heard plenty of HOA horror stories, and no good ones. The good thing is that apparently everyone hates him, so he’s not getting his HOA.
