Same concept. In fact, the converters released methane while making charcoal from wood.

Also, Doctor Professor Coal Baron there what is smarter than the rest of us rubes should realize that EVs will need to run on electricity, and thanks to the massive lump of anthracite he's plunked in the middle of the road, that electricity will be generously supplied by the beautiful, clean coal he profits so handsomely from. (Not that he knows it, the family business he owns is in a blind trust!)

June 29th 1956 was little Zyxomma’s second birthday. No wonder I can’t stand internal combustion engines.

Manchin can try to screw EV’s through ignorance but he can’t touch the fact my Model 3 that I bought in August has increased by $7000 in value in 7 months.

Wrong. It was for making Daylight Saving Time PERMANENT. A huge mistake that will not go down well in Arizona.

There were wood burning cars and motorcycles in Europe during WWII. They cooked methane out of the wood in a bulky converter on the side of the vehicle. Coal would have worked, too.
