I was just watching Nova and it seems over. We could have done something but, didn't. Between population, climate change, and bio diversity it just seems done. Our kids will be living in bunkers.
I wouldn't be surprised if a handful of Republicans voted in favor of it, not to get it passed of course, just so the likes of Manchin keep their hopes up: "Maybe next time!"
