It is in fact <i>DEMAND</i> that creates jobs. And <i>demand</i> can itself be generated by infusing cash to the middle and lower income strata. And that can be accomplished quite easily by increasing the minimum wage for those lucky enough to be presently employed. It is a painfully simple equation...
