This has a grim fascination about it, much the way one watches a hawk dismantle it's dinner, one chunk at a time. You really don't want to watch, but you can't look away.
Anyone who "smacks down" anything regarding our current duly elected President has my vote, twice, if necessary.
Hyde Park Corner in London is a historic free speech zone of the fanatic-ideologue-on-a-soapbox variety - flat-earthers, militant vegetarians, unrepentant Fabian Socialists, gimcrack evangelists, you name it. As against all ideologues, reasoned objection, forensic rebuttal or catcall disagreement are useless. Speakers are (sometimes) subject to merciless mockery of a gentile English kind, like the guy in a bowler hat I saw who stood next to a regular, well-practiced speaker and stage-whispered the kook's canned speech lines to him.

"shits and giggles". What the heck does that mean? "shits" by itself, and "giggles" by itself, I get; but what does it mean to put them together? Taking a shit is no laughing matter, especially when you are as old as I am.
As a former law clerk who had to wade through a lot of legal dreck, I love this judicial opinion SO much. I know they broke out the thesaurus to find more synonyms for stupid, argumentative, nonsensical and waste of time. This should be the legal response template for every time Trump sues someone for eleventy-billion dollars.

"We have no idea what the Hyde Park Speakersโ Corner even is ..."
This was a little disappointing the first time I read it, but I chose not to be a dick about it at the time.
I still haven't checked as to whether Speaker's Corner has its own Wikipedia page, but I just saw a piece that can bring all of us up to speed:

Is there a point at which someone can countersue Trump for a baseless claims?
"Tendentious". Ah.

Pretty none of those attorneys understood the judges response; too far above their reading level.
So you are saying the Judge doesn't like stupid people. Shouldn't he recused himself from a Trump suit

They're not as much fun now that they're true.
It won't stop them. These Trumpista agents are like the zombies in Night of the Living Dead. They will just keep coming at you.

I await my opportunity to use the word vituperation in casual conversation.
It's like there are still people who read bokos, and stuff.
tell me what a boko is, I'll tell you if I read it.
