Don't forget Navarro's role as medical adviser to America during the COVID crisis when he echoed the last guy's absurd theories which led to the avoidable deaths of many thousands of our fellow citizens. Not going to jail for that, but may be going to hell for it.

It always cracked me up that Novarro acted so stunned and outraged that he actually got ARRESTED.

All he would have had to do is show up to testify, and then take the Fifth.

That’s because you don’t understand the inherent privilege of a rich white man. The law isn’t supposed to apply to HIM!

How human liver cirrhosis pockmark Bannon is not in jail and hasn’t had his home and podcast equipment seized is astounding, and that’s precisely his only remaining game. Do as much harm to people and institutions as possible, regardless of their beliefs or politics, any harm will do, while avoiding any accountability for it. What a miserable existence. People offended and appalled by Bannon needn’t worry that he will escape his own suffering. He’s suffering.

Peter Navarro is going to make some interesting new friends, possibly the kind of people he has never associated with before. I doubt it will change him in any way. He will also learn a new definition of the terms "food" and "mattress."

I thought white collar guys went to a high security country club.

My pen pal's conviction was non-violent and she went to the kind of minimum security camp where I think Navarro will be.

The tap water was undrinkable.

Other memoirs from people in such places talk about crumbling infrastructure and pointless cruelty.

What's real is that some security precautions are more relaxed. Her camp had private showers, for example.

That's a very popular myth. In Missouri they go to a minimum security wing of a regular prison, and I guarantee you it's no country club. However, if they are rich they can bribe the guards to give them special privileges.

So Dr. Navarro is fine but five alarm fire for Dr. Jill Biden. Got it. Cool. No misogyny detected at all.

While I am thrilled to see that Peter will finally meet some form of justice, I have to question why tfg friends (like this db & G. Maxwell) get sentenced to FL facilities? Doesn't ND have any prisons? He better not get the cushy infirmary treatment that Weisselberg got in Rikers and hoping his second stint (for perjury) doesn't either, not wishing them well.

Hey Peter -- I heard that the best thing to do when you first get to the Big House is to find the biggest, meanest, toughest-looking mofo you can and then kick him in the dick.

Don't try this, even if you're tough. Everyone in prison is invested in the social pecking order. Trying to upset it will piss off the entire population. (So I've read and it makes sense).

I did a double take on seeing "Dr." Navarro - but looked it up, and he did receive a Ph.D in economics in 1986, from Harvard, no less. So, now I am simply amazed that someone so supposedly educated can be such a dumbass. It must be intentional, not just innate stupidity

how many times can you say doctor in one brief and hope it will impress the judge? i have a JD; i'm going to insist that everyone call me doctor now so that i can get the best prices and finest liquor and whatever else (at this point, however, i don't need it to stay out of jail).
