No, he did not predict Russian meddling. We still don't know how much that impacted the election.

He also did not predict Comey's letter, which probably did affect the election. Clinton's poll numbers dived right after and there was no time to recover.

Silver is a statistician, not a seer. He does a good job and he did rank Trump's chances, at 1 out of 3, higher than most other pollsters. No pollster will be right every time. It's the nature of the beast.

I'm not sure he could do a hard analysis of upcoming interference. He would need solid data for that and I doubt he has access.

I think he's still the best we've got in an imperfect world and a really fouled up election system.

Nate Silver didn't predict Russian meddling and that tossed all the polling down the proverbial tubes.I'd like to see him do a hard analysis of what the odds are of the Russians and Chinese and Israel interfering in our upcoming elevtion.

His polling is missing that big key factor if he doesn't weigh it in. Our Moron in Charge is sickening proof of that.
