If the technology is done right, the COST of the improvement is far less than the BENEFIT resulting. Not only is general health improved (fewer kids with asthma, fewer hospital visits, fewer cancers), but the companies that implement the improvements save money, have greater employee loyalty, and get public approval kudos and advertising benefits. The economic benefits will make no difference to Trump's EPA, because his administration will emasculate the Cost/Benefit formulas, but they will still resonate with businesses who want to work in a growing economy.

What happens when you kill the bottom of the food chain? You guessed it, EVERYTRHING dies of starvation!!
