No, seriously. The church leaders voted to bar "self-avowed practicing homosexuals" from being employed with a church and from being appointed any church position; they were very explicit about those who disagreed with the decision could do: "If you cannot play by the rules, you should take your glove, and your ball and your bat, and go somewhere else."
