While Kamala was getting through elementary school, DonOld and father were getting into big trouble with the feds because when a black family would apply for housing at their apartment units, they'd put a 'C' for Colored on the application and tell them there was no openings. Donnie has been a Natsee for a very long time.

1967 I made popcorn in a tiny movie theater in a tiny town. The theater was torn down 40 years ago. I never put that job on any resume.

My first 5 jobs were never put on my serious resume. The buildings don't exist anymore. I think the people who owned them are dead. I'm not running for anything, but because of those 5 jobs, I am a damn good cook!

How petty do you have to be? Really? The king of lies, Trump, set the press on a wild goose chase over a McDonald’s alleged job? At least we know that Trump never lies.

I heard Harris tied her shoes in a different way when she was 5. Why aren't there videotapes or pictures of her tying her shoes, and why isn't this on her resume? And what about when she got a B in gym in her sophomore year? And there's no evidence of her dating record in high school? This could end democracy as we know it or at least tear at the very fabic of her campaign.

A friend and I were just reminiscing about waiting tables in summer of '87. The restaurant is long gone, and we could not even agree what the name might have been. All we remember are the roaches, the sex pest bartender, and the drugs. Why wouldn't we keep mementos from that?

I worked a summer (many!) years ago cleaning pit toilets at a lake/park. I don't put that as work experience on my resume, and never did. However, it *was* honest work - the a$$holes at the Washington Free Beacon should try it sometime.

Proof has been found to be a superfluous frill by our modern-day orcs. Once a smear is launched at the left, it will be held high and carried by our fiercely independent corporate media (independent of the truth, that is) like unto an Olympic torch with used toilet paper as wick, and "it's out there" is sufficient justification for the repetition and amplification of defamatory lies emitted from the fever swamps of the right. How many numpties out there still fervently believe that Mad King Donnie was unfairly deprived of another four years of misrule by mysterious chicane? A lie no longer requires asseveration, just repetition.

Spent the better part of a decade working at McDonald's. While in the National Guard. Gives me a smile that these wonderful people have that kind of experience. I never put it on my resume either, unless I'm applying for a restaurant. MAGA dumbfucks keep undermining themselves with every line of attack.

I hope the Washington Free Beacon is clearing a space if a shelf for all the Pulitzer they’re gonna win for this. Way, way worse than TFG turning a grave at Arlington into a meet and greet.

That reminds me of how, as a teenager, I had a slight victory against the IRS...

For three summers, when I was in high school, I worked at an amusement park (Paul Bunyan Amusement Park in Brainerd/Baxter, for youse older Minnesotans in here). I didn't file any taxes for a couple years, and I got a letter from the IRS reminding me of such. I wrote back to them and explained that in a civics class I took as a sophomore, I learned that I wasn't required to file because 1) it was a seasonal job and 2) I didn't make even close to the minimum income threshold. I sent it and waited. About three months later, I received a letter from the IRS that, surprisingly, said I was correct, sorry to bother you.

It was at the time (late '70s/early '80s). Came in pretty damn handy for those of us who paid attention.

I was thinking that. Social Security sent me lifetime earnings records going back to when I was 14. I may not have owed income taxes, but they did deduct Social Security.

I don't have my tax records from 40 years ago, and I keep almost *everything*. Plus, if she was a PT worker, she probably made so little that she didn't need to file taxes; for 2024, the threshold for filing taxes is $13,850, which equals 1.910 hours (almost a FT job) at the federal minimum wage of $7.25/hour.

This is so ridiculous. They really have nothing. I worked at McDonalds 2 summer breaks I don’t put it on any resume

Career coaches tell you only put job experience relevant to the one you are applying for. Not every McJob you ever had

But if you are 26, living in your Mom”s basement, and your work history is VERY limited, McD’s might be needed to complete the 3 most recent jobs part of the application.

And if it is, that's fine. But I highly doubt it matters when applying to law offices.
