I'd like to hope the Biden admin will — and that it will push China on climate, too. But considering that this was a trip focused on SE Asian nations, the talk about South China Sea issues was very much tailored for the location and her hosts.

Not long after the war-- I mean even in the 70's-- Viet Namese people I met weren't even mad at us. I didn't meet that many, but the people I did meet had been there all through the war. I couldn't understand it, since I hated us.
