I like to pull out my phone to the notes app and ask them to please spell their first, middle and last names. I type it in very carefully, then type the last stupid thing they said and repeat it while I slowly type it next to their name. I ostentatiously save it, then give them a sincere, Thank you! Give them something to really worry about. :-)
