Another thing about that indictment (which I read so you don't have to): In order to fulfill DOJ's description of his illustrious crimings, Kilmar Abrego Garcia would have to have started criming full-bore AS A TEENAGER.

The indictment goes to legalistic lengths to hide the ball here. Garcia is 29. Bondi would pin the Lindbergh kidnapping on him if no one stopped her; they're trying to frame him for "conspiracies" dating back over a decade. This is CYA with a vengeance. And vengeance, pure, simple, and evil.

actually this administration and the courts under this administration forfeited their 'right' to try him in court after he was illegally detained and deported...Basically a post-facto dismissal of any and all charges

Doesn't matter what he is accused of. His day in court is mandated prior to his deportation. In any case, if he is found guilty he is sentenced and sent to prison in the United States Since when do we

farm out criminals to jails in other countries. Such bullshit!.

I'm thinking any defense attorney worth his diploma (that leaves out Alina Habib) would be able to make a case that the Trump regime, its officials, and the POTUS himself have tainted the jury pool by making public statements that defame the defendant, and has made it difficult for him to get a fair trial.

I have heard from some Trumpers that, during the Biden administration, every person who crossed the border illegally got $1000 cash and a free car. Is this true? There is another guy I know who came up here from South America and he said nobody gave him cash or a car. I’m confused.

Things are getting perilously close to a Kent State-style tragedy in L.A., and Trump and his own personal Reich Minister of Propaganda, Stephen Goebbels are absolutely praying for a chance to use military force against American civilians. This is going to be Trump’s legacy. He’s systematically destroying everything America was supposed to stand for - truth, justice, freedom, equality, diversity, liberty. But like all mad autocrats before him, he’s never satisfied because the void inside him is bottomless. In the end, people like Trump and Miller are gutless cowards. They will continue to destroy until they destroy themselves.

I bet back in the '60s and '70s Trump was watching anti-war protests on TV and wishing someone would send out the military against them, and now he's so happy he finally got his chance.

Trump was never politically active in any direction until he decided to run for President.

He even casually considered himself a democrat because he fancied himself a celebrity, and most of them were Dems. But he wasn’t one of them, and he was being groomed by shadowy right wingers here and abroad for politics since the 80s. A weak, self-absorbed, greedy, corrupt, narcissistic blowhard with a desperate need for flattery. Ideal puppet figurehead material. Easy to bribe, easy to blackmail and control. And he represented the ordinary slob’s version of success. A crude, physically unimpressive man who lies constantly and reeks of self-loathing, yet exudes an heir of wealth and affluence despite decades of bankruptcies and lawsuits. The Teflon Don. A turd of an American who just keeps swirling the bowl but you can never quit flush. His base trust his transparent dishonesty more than some eloquent, highly educated and savvy politician. Because they just know those elite types are up to something. Just consider Biden v Trump for example. Trump isn’t religious and his pretend embrace of Christianity is absurd. He’s an abusive, hedonistic adulterer, and yet they embrace him over devoted lifelong catholic, Joe Biden. Biden is a serious politician with 5 decades of experience in Congress and the White House. Trump was a game show host. Biden is a devoted father whose unconditional love for his kids is genuine, and moving. He’s overcome tragedy after tragedy. Trump barely acknowledges his kids from multiple marriages. Trump sells meme coins to monetize the presidency, and accepts huge “gifts” from foreign actors. Biden was the victim of a Russian rumor that he accepted a measly $5mil from Ukraine, which was proven false. Yet, Trump’s base lionize him. None of it makes sense.

From what we have seen in the past few years, juries, including and expexially, seem to be getting things right. Let's not assume he will be convicted. But, even if he is, he will be here, in a Federal prison, which was not built to torture inmates, and his family will know he is here, and that he is alive. With lucl, they may even be able to visit (actually all the cses I am aware of where the government has apparently deliberately made it tough for families to visit have been whistleblowers, and yes, that's terrible, but Anrego Garcia isn't one.) This would still be an inprovement over CECOT.

I'm just so happy he's back. This whole thing was bullshit, and it's gonna continue to be, but at least he's back.

I am looking forward to hearing about this prison from him. When he's ready to talk. I hope people leave him alone and let him grieve for awhile.
