I may have gotten on the bus even slightly later than that but I have been catching up, for sure. It came into my life after I had to make a lot of changes to get some narcissists/neggers/I Will Never Be Satisfied folks out (*), so both the music and all the "offstage" encouragement are helping me heal in multiple ways.
* I was so busy doing "emotional work" for those people on top of my day job, chronic illness, and my own volunteer work that I missed out on the earlier stages. I was wondering "why did I not know when the album dropped for free on NPR" and checked the date ... it was the week the ish really started going down.

Yesterday, for the first time, she gave me back my cell phone when I held out my hand and said thank you. IT WAS A MIRACLE.
