Except she has yelled and screamed at her employees and treated them like shit, so she should never get anywhere near the White House.I imagine that Jeffery Epstein might've liked good music, for what that's worth.

No problem.I realise I neglected to say that the Woodstock performance was one of those times that the JA played the song, and others from the "Volunteers" album before the album was released.

I'm not in MN, but I know what you mean. Most R&B stations back then played syrupy ballad shit and disco.Anything with an edge they just could not handle.

Not an exact comparison by any means, but most r&b stations never played Jimi Hendrix, who despite being clearly a rocker, had more soul and r&b in him than most of the autotuned, electronic beat backed fakers today.

Na. Rock was always there, but, His Royal Purpleness' first few albums are very E,W & F... lotsa really awesome Soul and Funk (ala The Temps, Clinton, the Funkadelics, the awesome Nile Rodgers, et al)... then he added a bit more Jazz Fusion... Blues... etc..

Purple Rain is a Country Song.
