President Joe and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden are hosting Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio and his wife First Lady Kishida Yuko today. Right now, the heads of state are going to do their press conference. An American journalist is pretty much guaranteed to ask Biden something stupid.

OT. Bad news, Wonkvestors, DJT shares fell to about $34 today.
OT: I braved Costco today for flour* and Kerrygold butter and during a quick pass through the meat department I spied with my little eye some really nice looking short ribs.
So tomorrow night I will be braising short ribs and serving them over creamy polenta. The meat is currently resting in my fridge with a light coating of neutral olive oil and a crust of kosher salt. Gonna make Mr. Cookie spring a food boner.
