It’s the economy stupid!

12 million more jobs,

Unemployment at historic lows

Price of gas, lowest in 15 years(constant dollars)

Stock market all-time high

Inflation now at 3%, a year ago 7%

Wages up more than inflation

Infrastructure being improved

And a whole lot of other good shit happening because Trump is not president.

Butt the media wants a horse-race.

Erm…

Unless I miss my guess, wasn’t TFG’s own mother an immigrant from Scotland? And his grandfather a German immigrant?

Oh, but wait. Northern Europeans. The right kind of immigrant. Yannow…white.

(Movie trailer announcer voiceover)

Donald Trump just wanted to point out the flaws in his opponent’s policies, but thanks to an evil witch…(close up of Kamala Harris laughing), everyone’s favourite President will have some ‘splainin’ to do. (Donald “…poisoning the blood…NO! I MEANT POLICIES!”) Can Donald defeat the forces of darkness (closeup of Joe Biden with Dark Brandon laser eyes) and still make it to the mall in time to buy his loving wife the special shoes she wanted for her favourite holiday? (“Christmas Shoes” plays as Melania Trump stands in front of red demon Christmas trees.) With the help of his loyal elves (Malliotakis, Hannity and Bannon appear in matching holiday sweaters), a little bit of luck (Dark Brandon falls over a sandbag and a car runs him over) and some help from the big man himself (Santa Claus and Donald Trump in a sleigh riding hell bent for leather across the Mar a Lago skyline) Donald may be able to stage the comeback of the century. (Donald and Melanie embrace as campaign balloons fall all around them.) Join Kirk Cameron’s Christian Hallmark Channel for the holiday feel-good story of the season! Donald Trump is…..ACCIDENTALLY HITLER!

May my employers forgive me, but someone with the last name Malliotakis did not exactly have ancestors on the Mayflower, just saying. Not that there's a republican alive who understands the concept of irony.

Likewise, someone with that last name didn't have ancestors living on this land before the Mayflower showed up.

Indeed. While there were Greeks immigrating here from the early 19th century, the big waves came during WWI and even more WWII.

But the longer they stonewall and obfuscate the more "poisoning the blood" gets lost and less and less horrible until oh well something something he said so what? On to his next terrible thing one step lower into the pit of horrible we slide.

Every fucking Republican who fails to condemn this fascist patois (so, AOTK) may as well have spewed it themselves. That’s it. There’s no middle ground. Quisling traitor cowards every last one of them.

How exactly are the Foxholes impacted in any way? Were they displaced from their crop-picking jobs by Mexicans? Did Muslims move in on their mining jobs? No, they were replaced by people willing to work hard for a pittance halfway across the world.

They were only too happy to buy stuff made in Japan, China, or Bangladesh for less money, even when they were warned that they were putting their neighbors out of work. Those warnings were being given long before any significant free trade agreements were negotiated.

The alarm was sounded loud and clear when Walmart dropped its made in America condition for carrying stock and it was predicted that all its competitors would have to do the same to retain their clientele. Did they stop shopping there to support American workers?

The world didn’t change at light speed at all. Salaries have been barely keeping up with inflation since the early 80s, it takes most families two incomes to keep the living standard of a single-income family in the 60s -- who in their right mind didn’t understand that it meant the usual jobs had no future?

All these signs -- reporters, union leaders, center and left leaning politicians were spelling it out for them for many decades, so they have absolutely no right to pretend no one saw this coming and that their predicament is caused by immigrants.

Given these dire predictions and that party’s lack of interest in actually improving things, there shouldn’t have been a single Republican elected since Nixon, but there have been Republican Presidents a little over half the time since. It sure wasn’t liberals, gays and minorities that made this happen.

I would also say Nicole Malliotakis should get fucked with her policies, if I didn't think she'd like it.

Found it interesting that, while Abby & Nicolle seem to agree that current immigration non-policy is counterproductive, Nicolle-as do most other (R)s- chooses to die on the hill of Cheeto’s Miller/Bannon Nazi-inspired rhetoric. Gutless wonders, all of them.
