I would normally say the Circuit Court would reverse this in a red-hot minute based on such a counter-factual and counter-legal basis. But then I remember that Louisiana is in the ultra-conservative 5th Circuit, and look for my scotch.

It clearly says "person", so the judge knew it applies to corporations, not sodomites.
