Could he judgesplain when he chose to be heterosexual? Maybe he should choose homosexuality for awhile to avoid being branded as an activist judge!

<i> United States v . Windsor</i>? I thought they were kicked out while they were still Hanoverians.

I would normally say the Circuit Court would reverse this in a red-hot minute based on such a counter-factual and counter-legal basis. But then I remember that Louisiana is in the ultra-conservative 5th Circuit, and look for my scotch.

I'm doubting that he simply shrugged off Loving v. Virginia, I'm betting he wants nothing more than to overturn it

Doesn't the Bible say that the lion will lie down with the lamb? DISGUSTING!

"no State shall deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws"

It clearly says "person", so the judge knew it applies to corporations, not sodomites.

Yes, me too. Children need to be raised by their biological parents? Well, fuck you, orphans, children of divorce, children of people in prison, children of people serving overseas, and children in foster care. This judge seems to think you're better off on your own. What a stupid motherfucker. And to hell with "with votes."

Obviously he should have recused himself from the bench permanently on account of his <a href="http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/opinion\/openforum\/article\/Should-judge-have-recused-himself-on-Prop-8-3256154.php" target="_blank">hetero bias.</a>
