I'd say Donnie was the friggin' Guy Grand of American politics (as in "The Magic Christian,"), only he's not quite rich enough and he's sure enough not quite smart enough. But his whole administration is like one, long, ugly practical joke: a global whoopee cushion, farting us all to oblivion.
