Marion Says .02% = Sober!

Washington's greatest former mayor says he most certainly was NOT drunk when the Secret Service stopped him after he raced through a red light at 3 a.m. Sunday.

And he's got the proof, apparently: evidence of his breathalyzer test showing .02% blood alcohol level, which is totally legal for driving.

The Secret Service isn't saying anything more about the case, as they're satisfied everybody already thinks Barry is a crazy drunk.
