"McCormick is a former Marine" .... "the next fight is to stop socialism"

members of the armed forces are one of the biggest groups of socialists around? there is hardly a 'handout' they do not get and do not slurp right up without question. and always great seeing a military spouse harp about 'socialism' while demanding a discount or special treatment from a local retailer because they had the bravery to marry the most gullible person that talked to the mall recruiter.

Spouse Casey Wallach

(m. 1995; div. 2012)

Domestic partner Rich McCormick (2024-present)[2]

and from Rich McCormick's Wikipedia page:

(m. 2012; sep. 2024)

Domestic partner Beth Van Duyne (2024-present) [1]

Have McCormick and Van Duyne done the red tie Hajj to New York in support of Dear Leader?

I've only recently started to judge people more for personality and character rather than my first impression of attractiveness. I'm afraid these two's looks would give me pause, though. They look like the Star Gate Atlantis baddies, the wraith. Ghaa!

Half-governor Nitwitty McQuitty is and was the template for today's idiots in the GOP, especially the female sector. Boebert, Greene, Britt, that screaming banshee "CALM DOWN, CALM DOWN!!!"

And several others.

I always wonder when these moronic women suddenly wake up from their PTA cookie dust snorting and realize they're actual, live people.

And I will bet Katie Britt's hubbie will cheat in 5 ... 4 ...3 ...2 ...

Nitwitty McQuitty is amazing. OMG I love that.

So he actually grossed MTG out? He must be quite a catch.

We reform election laws, one of the questions that must be answered, with photographic proof is: Do you have a crawlspace, and what's in it?

Grabbed her by the shoulders. A friendly gesture. Just treating her like "one of the guys" She should have just returned the favor with a "good buddy": punch in the arm or slap on the butt.

What's wrong with her?

They had seven kids between 2012 and 2020. I'm calling bullshit. Some of those kids have to be from his first marriage.

I’m just surprised that the person he was shtupping is a woman.

skinnercitycyclist's avatar

And a human woman to boot. I mean, wtf?

I live next to the motel where two married (not to each other) Members of Parliament had a notorious affair. It was notorious because it crossed Party lines, BTW. Despite my best efforts I couldn't find out which room became that involuntary shrine to bipartisanship

Oh, Australia. I was hoping it was Canada, spice things up up there.

Ta, Gary. Never heard of McCormick before, but I certainly remember Van Duyne. When they're done fucking each other, they can both go fuck themselves.

A good sentiment from us all. At this point, I need someone to point blank ask Republican Congress critters if monogamy is one of their so-called family values, because it never seems to be the case. I know people who have been more faithful in their polycules.

skinnercitycyclist's avatar

Doesn't "serial monogamy" actually mean the same thing as "serial polygamy" when you think about it?

Anzu's avatar

Not really, since most polygamists understand basic terms like "consent" and "communication" and "permission." I'm not in that community, but I have friends who are, and trust is a HUUUUUGE part of what keeps that polycule from spinning out of control.

zb23's avatar

by Thursday evening of a weeklong festival you can always tell which polycules were being serious about "polyamory" and which were mostly just a dude with a partner and her BFF that thought it meant he could sleep with whatever rando he convinced ("convinced") to take MDMA with him.

boo radley's avatar

Poly isn't for cheaters- that's "monogamy", lol.

boo radley's avatar

Ah. I read it as "poly people constantly cheat, and these people are worse than that!"

Anzu's avatar

I'm not poly and it's probably still the final frontier of "I don't get it" on the LGBTQ+ rainbow of sexuality for me, but I've got three separate sets of friends in stable polycules, one of which has been going for over a decade with a few members dropping in and out, but a core group at the center who bought a house and have like four kids now. (One of them couldn't bear her own children, so one of the other women became her surrogate , even, so that she'd have her own kid in the family. Now THAT's true love, in my book.)

Beth Van Duyne is also famous, at least locally, for her valiant effort to keep Sharia law from poisoning America by trying to shut down a Muslim faith-based mediation service.

Major Kong's avatar

Whatever happened to Sharia Law as the great RWNJ fear? Republicans always have to find something to keep Ma & Pa Kettle hiding under the bed.

3FingerPete's avatar

Trump got elected so they have to pretend he banned it.

Repubs need to be learned-up on the words "irony", "paradox", "satire", and "parody". Also on the logical fallacies. (They prob think "fallacy" is oral sex. lol)
