Clinton also balanced the budget by taxing the rich and decreasing defense, held fast against ground troops from the left (Rawanda) and the right (Iran, of course), expanded health care w/COBRA, made it possible to be on AFDC while working or in school, signed the Family Medical Leave Act, banned assault weapons, and did not - unlike W, Trump or Reagan - commit treason.

Yeah he did !Nov 1992, I had to vote after work. At a church down the street. Couldn't park, lot full. Went back home and walked/ran over. It was dark and cold.So got in line in the parking lot. Line going very slow. A cautious nervousness, in myself and the crowd. Then an election lady came out and said "everyone in line will vote tonight!" We actually cheered! Then we started talking with each other and the ones that did, mostly said we are gonna get rid of that asshole Bush! Now it was a happy crowd. By the time I got home, Bill already had a big lead with a bunch of states called. Great night!

Who looks to their governors for advice about about health priorities? I pay attention to my (Republican) governor and his approach for the "shutdown" and "reopening" strategies and timeline, but I wore a mask before he said so. That whole "science" thing.
