The objective is to re-establish a legal second class citizenship. If they can strip unalienable rights from 50%+ population, minorities are toast. As is Brown.

Just as a side note, Roe v. Wade determined that ejaculation of a sperm transferred all property claims to that sperm unconditionally to the recipient, from receipt through the first trimester. Outside of the 14th amendment protection, the right to end pregnancy is a fundamental right to self-defense.
