These things exist, called Crisis Pregnancy Centers (CPC's). They like to set up in the inner city, and they act like they're just trying to help the pregnant ladies who want abortions, but in reality, women who go there get fed whole lines of incorrect medical "info" (aka "lies")
In many cases, the answer is "no". That's what you get when you had no real sex-ed, and never tried to learn on your own.
Hopefully, since medically accurate sex-ed is now being required (and the requirement is being enforced!), the number of people who know they are lying will increase (but they'll still lie, because "Jesus"), as will the number of people who will recognize that they are being lied to.
As someone who had a friend who is a full-on mark for "pro-life" ideology, I got more exposure to it than I would have ever liked. They genuinely do seem to think that Planned Parenthood is some kind of predatory business that makes millions off aborting fetuses. This idea seems to justify both lying (hey, Planned Parenthood does it too when they pressure the poor gullible women into aborting their babbehs!!!!!11!!!) and solves the conundrum of, if abortion really is murder, why punish only the doctors and not the women (they were tricked/conned/forced into it!!!!11!!!).
Then why did God mandate it for women who commit adultery?
