Meet Duncan, the Perfect Voter
A dog named "Duncan MacDonald" is still on the voter rolls in Seattle, which King County election officials say proves "the system works."
Duncan's owner registered her dog in 2005 because she feared illegal Mexicans might begin to vote, or something. She even signed the registration form with Duncan's paw print.
The dog's owner said she wouldn't contest misdemeanor charges of filling out a bogus form, until she learned conviction carries a $1,000 fine and up to three months in jail. Plus, the dog's still registered to vote.
Everybody involved will be stuffed into an animal carrier on the roof of Mitt Romney's corporate jet, and that'll be the end of it.
