Well, quick followup! Local outlet ABC 10 caught up with the douche in the vest, David Sanguesa, and he is sorry! He is sorry he got discriminated against, for being white!
Sanguesa said he suffers from mental illness and had not taken his meds -- perhaps the meds-taking Wonker community can enlighten us on which mental illness produces an effect that is not manic or violent but rather dickish and makes the sufferer call people "garbage" and "trash" -- but that he truly believed it was taking so long for him and his smirking blond companion to get their beverages because the Starbucks employees somehow magically knew from behind their busy counter that he had Trump signs on his car out in the parking lot.
