Michael Brown Takes Responsibility

A reader points us to a CNN report about Michael Brown's testimony on the Hill yesterday regarding FEMA's recent fuck-ups: "In part of his testimony, Brown pumped his hand up and down for emphasis." We haven't seen the whole video of the testimony yet, but we're just assuming this refers to how he was jerking off on the job.
