I'm just saying, in my district, it would have been the teacher's fault, even during a pandemic. We tried hard to pay closer attention to students with IEPs. We are legally obligated to do so.

I'm from a family full of educators, so I'm perfectly aware of what the school's and teacher's obligations are.
