Successful discrimination suits usually involve policies that are inconsistently or selectively enforced, e.g. disproportionately against racial minorities. If the store simply refuses to sell to those under a certain age, or sets specific requirements to do so, the risk of losing a suit is quite low.

What's curious is that those filing the suit seem to view driving the chain out of the arms business as an acceptable outcome. The mentality seems to be that all dealers should be in lockstep with NRA politics.
