That homily about fishing is stupid. Most of us don't have a handy fishing hole, especially in the cities, much less one that is going to produce enough fish to live on. Bring back the PWA and make some more fishing holes or STFU.
Medicare is means-tested, in that your premium doubles if your income is above a certain level. Since the premium is paid by withholding from SS, in effect the latter is means-tested too, or so it seems to the recipient (me).
