So of all the problems that I understand Missouri to have, the one that deserves immediate action is to undermine filing of state taxes (snooze) of legally married same-sex couples. May I suggest that there are more pressing issues, such as the presence of one Nick Marshall in the state Senate?

The use of Missouri statues to determine law is an important tenant of their judicial system and it is not for us to refudiate that.
