Well, he wasn't in the Senate at the time, so I'm not sure what vote you are thinking of.

You're a bit behind on your conspiracy theorizing... the attack certainly seems like it might've been planned in advance. The Prophet-bashing film we probably never heard about because it was made by a total nobody.

Cui bono?

Dustups in Egypt and Libya distract attention from Iran, which seems at odds with what Netanyahu would like. A neocon wishing to boost Romney's chances would be very unlikely to want to stir up a foreign policy brouhaha on the very same day that a Romney foreign policy advisor was published saying foreign policy and national security were a \"distraction\" and just another \"shiny object\", and in fact would quite likely be aware of Mr. Romney's profound weakness on the subject and be in agreement with his campaign that it should be kept out of the discussion to the greatest extent possible.

The meme pool certainly looks like it could use a good chemical shock and the installation of UV treatment after the filter. That thing is sludged up real good.

Yeah, I'd prefer that they keep what underwear they wear under wraps.

He is such an elitist. Yeah. Following the remark with an appropriately presidential statement. Kinda twisting the knife. Larrison devotes a column to "When Slogans are Not Enough", and that about captures it. Romney has no idea about foreign policy, has surrounded himself with the worst foreign policy advisers he could, and now he will suffer for it.
